Arrival Instructions

The offices of HaMaarag are located in the Giv’at Ram campus of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, in the “High-Tech City” (Previously “Me’onot Aleph”)
 

For those arriving by car

From the direction of the city entrance/Tel Aviv

From the southern entrance of the campus (from the direction of Begin; see map below):
  • Enter through the gate and continue straight.
  • At the T-junction turn right, continue straight for a while.
  • Turn right at Prof. Racah Road (the turn-off is after the Silverman building for Life Sciences and straight after the Institute for Earth Sciences building), and continue straight until a large car park appears on the right.
  • Turn right into the car park, where you will see Egged buses and containers on your left.

 

From the city center

From the main entrance to the campus (western entrance; see map below):
  • Continue straight along the ring road.
  • Turn right at Prof. Racah Road (the turn-off is after the Silverman building for Life Sciences and straight after the Institute for Earth Sciences building), and continue straight until a large car park appears on the right.
  • Turn right into the car park, where you will see Egged buses and containers on your left.

 

On the bus from the Central Bus Station

  • Lines 68 and 69 from the Central Bus Station stop at the car park opposite the offices of HaMaarag within the campus. This is the last stop for both lines.
  • Both lines can be caught from the same bus stop, on the same side of the road as the Central Bus Station. When exiting the main entrance of the Central Bus Station, turn left and walk along the road towards the city center until you reach the bus stop for these two lines.

 

From the car park to the office

  • Next to the sign pointing in the direction of “G. Motzkin Ltd”, and “The Jewish National Archives”, walk along the pathway leading to a staircase going down, then turn left at the bottom of the stairs.
  • Walk along the length of the building to its other side, where you will find the entrance to the office.
